Feature:
The leak testing machine is designed for the aerosol can with the high precision testing performance. The principle is to test the can under the condition of air pressure difference between the inside positive high pressure and outside ordinary air pressure. The empty can body is transferred into a hermetic chamber which is equipped with a hermetic system to insulate the inside and outside of the can body completely. Then the compressed air will be filled into the can with pressure 8-12 bars, and the air pressure outside of the can remain the ordinary air pressure. The high air pressure will be kept inside the can for several seconds. The pressure difference between the internal and external of the can will happen to test the can sealing quality. The testing system will detect the leaking situation during the high pressure holding time inside the can, if any can has the micro leak, it will be checked out.
