Feature:
This automatic combination machine combines the function of handle forming and spot welding, it settle the both issue of the handle forming and welding in 1 machine, help the user to save the equipment cost and production cost.
Spot welding is last station for the round can tin can/pail/drum body making process. This machine is with dual-head spot welding process with a capacity 60CPM. It adopts the weld seam locating system, and cams for transmission and conveying system, as well as mechanical coating penetration device, which makes the welding more accurate and more stable. It works with the fully-auto tin can production line to have a fully auto running and higher efficiency and smooth production.
