Introduction
The palletizer is mainly used to stack the tin cans and aluminum cans. It automatically collects and arranges metal can by a plate chain conveyor. The palletizing machine has a unique sorting device, which is able to sort the cans according to its related size for stacking.
The cans are stacked by in layers and pile up layer by layer, starting at the bottom and moving to the top. The stacked cans are then transferred to the automatic film wrapping machine by the conveyor. The entire palletizing process includes automatic loading, feeding, ascending, sorting, stacking, and automatic descending, unloading and automatic film wrapping.

Structure and material
1. Strengthened two-line two-row palletizing out transmission chain, can hold two packaging body. The structure is carbon steel.
2. Transmission chain of main engine space (short chain), with carbon steel structure;
3. Transmission chain of empty board (empty board chain) and carbon steel structure.
4. Main engine space of layer upon layer palletizing, the frame is carbon steel structure. The three main inner plates are stainless steel plates.
5. Cans collecting transmission platform with high frame and net chain, carbon steel structure and low friction steel net chain.
