The dupex slitter is the first station in the 3-pieces can making line, it is an very essential machine in the line,
its cutting size precision and shape precision decide the quality of the can.
The Kaifu slitter is featured with stronge structure and advanced mechanical principle to make it running
with good performance and high precision to cut the good quality body blank.
Feature:
1, First and second strip are all carried towards the cutter of the first and second slitter by double chains with driving hook. The position of the strip can be adjusted from the two sides.
2, The cutting kinfes holding shaft diameter is 110mm, strong shaft made by the German processing center with high precsion to ensure the strong force and excellent performance. Both the shafts and the electromagnetic bars are pneumatically lifted to allow access for cutter adjustments on the first slitter.
3, Alignment of the sheet in the first slitter is effected laterally by small rollers, with optional thrust, on the right or left side, which slide on saddles mounted on axial ball bearings and are controlled by mechanical cams. Rear alignment is effected by means of rotating pawls which can be adjusted while the slitter is in operation by using knob to realize the good synchronized precision to cut the printing sheet.
4, Sheet feeder through support rollers with bearings for easy feeding stacker of tinplate sheets.
5, With the advantage of convenient for adjustment, easy for operation and maintenance, high precision cutting quality, high effiiciency and reliability.
Options:
1, Magnetic sheet transferring system: Between the 1st and 2nd station, the sheet is transported by a magnetic system to have better protection on the surface of the sheet.
2, Online body blank detection system: To avoid printing defect , surface pollution, surface scratches and other defects before can manufacture process.
3, Hard steel knife: The carbide knife is the standard for our slitter, but considering the customer who want to lower the equipment investment cost, it is an economical option to use the hard steel knife instead of carbide, it will reduce cost of the slitter a lot.
